FEES:
A charge of £30.00 per day or £17.00
half-day session.
Absences are charged at the full rate. Payment must be made two weeks in advance and is non-refundable. One months notice is also required.
NURSERY POLICIES
Snacks & Lunch
Healthy snacks are provided for the children mid -morning and mid - afternoon. Healthy homemade food will be provided everyday by our qualified staff.
Nappy Changing
Parents/carers must supply nappies, wipes and ensure that the staff have a plentyful supply for each child. Please clearly mark your childs name when bringing in the supplies.
Children with Special Needs
Parents/carers of children with a particular need are welcome to discuss the appropriate care with the supervisor to ensure that all the needs of the child are met.
Meeting the staff
Our 'settling in' policy encourages parents/carers to visit the nursery with children during the weeks before admission is planned
Arrivals & Collection
You must inform the nursery of the expected time of arrival and collection at the nursery.
If any person other than you the parent/carer is collecting your child, the nursery supervisor MUST be informed. In the event that we do not have any satisfactory notification, staff will not allow the child to leave the nursery.
Making Complaints
It is our aim to provide the best possible care for your child, however in the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied we ask that you disscuss the issue with the supervisor or manager. If you feel your complaint has not been dealt with satisfactoerily you may wish to contact the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) at Broncoed House, Broncoed Business Park, Wrexham Road,

8.00 am to 1.00 pm 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Other hours maybe available by arrangement
ADMISSIONS POLICY
Places at the nursery are limited and are allocated on a "first come, first serve" basis. Places are charged at the shown rates.
Before starting we recommend parents/carers visit the nursery with their children and meet the staff. We have an open door policy to all parents/carers and have a strong ethos of sharing all information with you.
The language of the nursery is English, but limited Welsh/Polish is available.
